1. Website Use

This website is operated by Evok (Pty) Ltd. All content, images, product designs, and text are the intellectual property of Evok and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website’s operation
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any product or content without express written permission

2. Product Uniqueness & Size Tolerance

Every Evok piece is one-of-a-kind.

  • Natural Variations in Driftwood: Each piece of driftwood we use is naturally formed and completely unique. Therefore, the product you receive will be similar, but not identical to the one shown on the website. This is the charm of working with nature — no two pieces are ever the same.

  • Size Margin: Due to the handmade process, there may be a ±1 cm difference in dimensions. Please do not be alarmed by this slight variation — it is part of the artisanal process.
    If you have strict sizing requirements, we kindly ask you to contact us before placing your order.

3. Product Availability & Handcrafted Nature

Each Evok product is handcrafted and often includes living air plants. As such:

  • Small variations may occur from product photos
  • Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete
  • Plant shapes, colors, and sizes may vary slightly due to seasonality and natural growth

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) 
We accept secure payments via:

  • Yoco
  • Direct EFT

Your payment must be received in full before dispatch.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We use PUDO locker services, powered by The Courier Guy, for all shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery via:

We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party courier services but will assist you in resolving them.


6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In brief:

  • A video of the unboxing is required for all claims
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds/replacements will only be issued if Evok is found responsible for damage
  • Customers must water the plant before returning any item

7. Care Responsibilities

As our products involve living plants, the customer assumes responsibility for proper care once the item is delivered. We provide general care guidelines, but plant health can be affected by environmental conditions beyond our control.


8. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, branding, and text on this website are the property of Evok. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during checkout (name, contact number, email, address) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for more.


10. Limitation of Liability

Evok shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product misuse, natural plant decline, courier issues, or delayed deliveries. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes implies your acceptance of those changes.
