Evok specializes in AirBonsai, a unique fusion of bonsai aesthetics with air plants, combined with handcrafted wooden art pieces. Our products are designed to bring nature and craftsmanship into modern spaces, blending organic beauty with artistic woodworking.

Order Confirmation

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Customers are required to provide proof of payment to Evok for the order to be confirmed.

Processing time

Each Evok product is handcrafted and made to order. The standard production time is 14 business days, but this may vary based on order volume and complexity. While we strive to complete orders as efficiently as possible, customers will be notified in case of any delays.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 10 working days once payment is received and confirmed. Delivery is arranged based on the customer’s location, and confirmation will be provided via email or phone. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Our products are crafted with care, and each piece is unique. Returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If Evok is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
  • If a customer cancels an order, a 15% administrative fee and any applicable delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Due to the handmade and organic nature of our products, minor variations in wood grain, plant structure, or craftsmanship are expected and do not qualify as defects.

Privacy Policy

Evok values customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. All data is handled in compliance with South Africa’s Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Personal details will never be shared with third parties without consent.

Payment Methods

Evok accepts payments via:

  • Visa, MasterCard
  • Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT) – bank details will be provided upon request.

Card Security and Transactions

Customer and Payment Information

Customer details are stored separately from payment details. All card transactions are handled directly by PayGate’s secure system.

Transaction Currency and Location

Evok operates in South Africa, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (RAND).

Evok is responsible for all aspects related to transactions made through this website, including product sales, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery.

Governing Law

This website is governed by South African law, and Evok designates its domicilium citandi et executandi (legal business address) for all legal purposes under this agreement.
